Early morning trail walk in Legend Rock State Park to see the petroglyphs. Legend Rock State Petroglyph Site is a 400 meters long (1,312 feet) near vertical cliff with more than 92 prehistoric petroglyph panels and over 300 petroglyph figures. While the site is not extensively promoted, Legend Rock is already a world-renowned petroglyph site. Legend Rock has been a sacred site for Native Americans of this region for thousands of years. As long as you watch for rattlesnakes, all is good. š
the petroglpyhs were very cool and often had us wondering and guessing what they were
Trying to stay on the trail and careful eye for Rattle snakes.

Highway roadside sign for a natural bridge, and we hit the exit. We are so glad we did. not only did it have an awesome natural bridge, but it was a family recreational spot complete with benches, picnic tables, volleyball net, swings and monkey bars.. Can you guess which one of us had to act like a child?
On the road back from the natural bridge there was a Buffalo Ranch, where some recent calves were born. One little guy stood up and wagged his tail and came over like he was expecting David to pet him.
